Over 20 years of experience in business law. Dealing with multi-billion projects for large-caps in the energy sector and coaching start ups and spin offs. Always an interesting commercial approach in the legal part of any project. Strong analytical skills, effective in negotiations. 

Broad sector experience, all innovative industries, telecom, automotive, energy and utilities. Skilled in contract law, corporate governance, international deals and regulatory matters, having a solution oriented approach and a broad transactional view.
